Nicole T. Papst

Director

Nicole brings unique perspective to Frisch Capital, having worked extensively in both heathcare and finance. Starting her career, she was the right hand woman to a prominent Merchant banker and political activist. In this role she enjoyed not only managing a staff, but also a range of unique projects. She coordinated production for monthly webcast shows featured on Forbes.com, TheStreet.com, and The Blaze.com, as well as organized production for off-the-record recurring political meetings, The Charleston Meeting and The Monday Meeting (NYC). In this role she was working with a wide variety of guests including elected officials, journalists, business leaders, and authors, averaging over 300/800 attendees.

The interactions through this position led her to take the next step in healthcare where she became the Director of Development at a leading hospital system in the Southeast. She expanded on her organizational and interpersonal strengths through forming record breaking fundraisers and record years of fundraising for the Heart Center. Nicole, clearly, has a special ability at working with people and helping them serve the world. We are excited that Nicole has joined the Frisch Capital team and know that we will all be better because of it.

Elizabeth Joy

Director

Strategic Due Diligence

After graduating from the University of Virginia, Elizabeth entered the professional world working for a merchant banker and his family. These years shaped her interest in not only finance, but philanthropy and politics as it relates to our daily lives. From there she began working at a boutique investment bank before taking a sabbatical to study yoga and strategic intervention. Using these new skills she then became the Program Coordinator for the Torrance Center for Creativity and Talent Development at the University of Georgia. Here she was responsible for developing the programs that put into practice the research that shows how to bring out the genius of others. This work naturally led her to people development where she took a role with a worldwide non-profit to develop, train and lead their staff of over 300 employees. Applying these skills and deep interest in bringing out the best of people for companies, Elizabeth has spent the last two years traveling and consulting for some of the largest companies in the world. Focusing now on Frisch Capital, Elizabeth hopes to be an integral part  in helping build world class companies and support the livelihoods and passions of thousands of more people and families.
