After graduating from the University of Virginia, Elizabeth entered the professional world working for a merchant banker and his family. These years shaped her interest in not only finance, but philanthropy and politics as it relates to our daily lives. From there she began working at a boutique investment bank before taking a sabbatical to study yoga and strategic intervention. Using these new skills she then became the Program Coordinator for the Torrance Center for Creativity and Talent Development at the University of Georgia. Here she was responsible for developing the programs that put into practice the research that shows how to bring out the genius of others. This work naturally led her to people development where she took a role with a worldwide non-profit to develop, train and lead their staff of over 300 employees. Applying these skills and deep interest in bringing out the best of people for companies, Elizabeth has spent the last two years traveling and consulting for some of the largest companies in the world. Focusing now on Frisch Capital, Elizabeth is an integral part in helping build world class companies and support the livelihoods and passions of thousands of more people and families.
